Im Achtsamkeitstraining mit dem Schwerpunkt Schmerzlinderung lernen wir, einen neuen Umgang mit Schmerzen zu finden. Statt den Schmerz zu verdr\u00e4ngen oder von ihm beherrscht zu werden, \u00fcben wir, ihn bewusst wahrzunehmen \u2013 ohne sich in ihm zu verlieren.
